Outback Steakhouse Honey Wheat Bushman Bread 1 1/2 cups of warm water 2 table spoons of butter (softened) 1/2 cup of honey 2 cups of bread flour(plus extra) 2 cups of whole wheat flour 1 table spoon of coco powder 1 table spoon of sugar 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder 1 teaspoons of salt 2 1/4 teaspoons (1envelope) of dry east 1 teaspoon Carmel food coloring(optional) 3 table spoons cornstarch 3table spoons of cornmeal for dusting whipped butter for serving |
1. place all ingredients except for cornmeal and whipped butter in a bowl. mix until constinstancy seems realistic or doughy. The dough will be a little wet on the sides and sticky. but if it seems too wet add more bread flour. When dough is done let it rise for one hour.
2. Remove from bowl and punch down. divide into eight portions. From portions into toolbar 6-8 inches long and two inches wide. 3.sprinkle the top with cornmeal cover in plastic wrap and let rise for one more hour 4.preheat oven to 350 5. bake for 20-25min. the internal temperature of a loaf of yeast bread when baked to perfection is 210(Fahrenheit) Use an instant read thermometer to check. Serve with whipped butter 6. Enjoy Makes eight loaves !!! :) |

Directions In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and butter. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Add the confectioners' sugar, cocoa, brown sugar, and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Add the marshmallows and chocolate morsels. Stir to combine well. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Form the mixture into a ball, then roll it in walnuts. Arrange the cheese ball on a serving platter and serve with graham crackers and fruit. |
